We guarantee that your Howard’s diamonds and gemstones conform to United States Bureau of Standards Specifications for brilliance, clarity, carat weight and color. All jewelry is guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase.
Guaranteed Trade In
To qualify, jewelry must have been purchased from Howard’s Jewelry Center and in comparable condition to purchased state. Trade in policy does not apply to non-traditional metals and gift ware. Additional exclusions may apply.
Diamond Jewelry Trade In
Howard’s Jewelry Center will allow up to 100% trade in allowance on any purchased diamond jewelry. Jewelry will appreciate up to 10% in trade in allowance after the first 2 years of ownership, based on condition of item being traded. New purchase price must be at least 50% greater than original purchase price.

Guaranteed Replacement
Howard’s Jewelry Center guarantees the FREE replacement of any diamonds or gemstones lost from the mounting due to manufacturer or repair work defect, through no fault of the wearer. Six-month maintenance inspections and fulfillment of any structural integrity repair work as documented by a Howard’s Jewelry Center Authorized Representative is required. Repair work will be done at client’s expense.
You must bring in your jewelry to Howard’s Jewelry Center every six months for stone tightening and inspection—and perform any required repair work that we recommend—in order to fulfill the condition of the Replacement Guarantee.
